Income from the management of real estate by the City of Poznań within the scope of own tasks of the commune and tasks delegated by the district amounted to over PLN 198.4 million.
In 2017 income from the management of real estate by the City of Poznań within the scope of own tasks of the commune and tasks delegated by the district increased by 6.6% in comparison with 2016.
Another significant source of net income was the profit on the sold properties, which in 2017 amounted to over PLN 105 million. This income was mostly related to the sale and perpetual usufruct of the sold real estates in tendering and non-tendering procedures.
The City of Poznań also has significant sources of receivables, which concerned local taxes and fees as well as real estate management fees.
